ALL FREDDY BONNIE CHICA FOXY OTHERS HUMANS

William Afton

William Afton is the founder of Afton Robotics, LLC, responsible for the creation of Funtime Animatronics, and one of the co-founders of Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. William Afton is a serial killer, directly and indirectly, responsible for all events, murders, and tragedies throughout the series. The physical description of his original self is largely unknown, as he has only appeared in human form in a few mini-games. Originally featured in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, he was depicted as an unnamed purple figure, colloquially known as "The Purple Guy". His mouth always seemed to take the form of an elongated sadistic smile. Outside of the mini-game, William is seen as having a cracked jaw. It wasn't until Five Nights at Freddy's 3 that he retained a semi-coherent look, and while it may have been underused, he had expressive eyes and a piece that conveyed his Emotional state of the mouth. Due to supernatural circumstances and his own willpower, he is able to deceive death and return in his new resurrected form no matter how many times he dies. Afton himself was killed due to a mechanical failure in the Spring Bonnie suit he wore during the murder, and has appeared after death in various avatars throughout the series; most notably Springtrap in Five Nights at Freddy's 3, reddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Scraptrap in Simulator, and Burntrap in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach.

Michael Afton

Michael Afton, one of the protagonists of the Five Nights at Freddy's series, the eldest son of serial killer William Afton and brother of Elizabeth Afton, made his debut in Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location. In the custom night minigame, he is shown to be fairly light-skinned, with dark brown hair that appears to be combed, and blue eyes. He was also wearing a purple long-sleeved shirt, blue pants, and brown shoes. Like his father William, his smile seemed elongated, but looked more friendly and warm, rather than his father's sadistic and disturbing smile. However, it has been speculated that he is a player character in some earlier titles, with several pseudonyms, including "Mike Schmidt" in Five Nights at Freddy's, "Fritz Smith" in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, and "Fritz Smith" in Five Nights at Freddy's 3 Unnamed security guard. His motives are secretive and not very well-known, although he is considered a central figure in the series' overall story.

Crying Child

Crying Child, the protagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 minigames, is traumatized by Fazbear Entertainment's animatronics due to his brother's bullying. He is a little boy with dark brown hair. He was wearing a black shirt with two grey stripes, light blue shorts, and grey shoes. There were usually tears on his face. Crying Child is depicted as a terrified and confused boy. Whenever his brother brutally frightened him, he would cry incessantly. He seems to have a connection to his stuffed animals, as he calls them friends, suggesting he might be lonely. Plush toys are probably the closest thing he has to a companion. It was implied in a later installment that he was Michael Afton. The child was mortally wounded by the Fredbear animatronic, fell into a coma, and died. He has no name in the game and is colloquially known as "Crying Child", but a cryptographic puzzle in the Survival Logbook suggests his name is Evan.

Vanny

Vanny is a follower of the digital virus Glitchtrap, a form of serial killer William Afton, and the main villain in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach. She wore a white bunny suit with stitching and a large pink tartan stitch on her left hip. The costume also features a light blue bow on the chest and pink paw pads under its hands and feet. Her bunny mask features small buck teeth, a pair of long beards, tiny eyebrows and large, glowing red eyes that seem to be parted, and a wide, creepy smile. Under her mask, she was spotted with blonde hair tied up in a ponytail, similar to Vanessa's. In Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, Vanny is shown to hide a sadistic personality behind the boyish glitz. This manifests in her casually, happily jumping behind Gregory as he runs past her, and running over with her arms outstretched if Gregory gets too close.

Phone Guy

Phone Guy was an employee who worked for the establishment of Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. While he may be a forced ally, he is the player's only ally. In Five Nights at Freddy's, Phone Guy is a little cold and doesn't explain why. Throughout the game, he does his best to tell the player that "there's really nothing to worry about", despite the obvious danger of being killed by the animatronics. He seemed hesitant and embarrassed at times, often stuttering and laughing nervously, suggesting that he might be worried that someone would hear his warnings and advice about animatronics. Of course, it's also possible that he was generally anxious and nervous because he thought danger to his conscience was imminent. Still, he emphasized giving players survival advice for the first few nights, but also insisted that the restaurant is committed to employee safety and that "there's nothing to worry about," which is clearly not the real protagonist.

Phone Dude

Phone Dude is an employee of Fazbear's Fright, heard in Five Nights at Freddy's 3. This similar phone caller often uses the nickname Phone Dude in the community. Phone Dude seemed very optimistic, as evidenced by Night 1's phone call. He seemed enthusiastic about the attraction and seemed to enjoy finding old relics from the pizza parlor. He also jokes around a lot more than the original Phone Dude and, in general, takes his job less seriously. Phone Dude only appears on the first two nights of Five Nights at Freddy's 3, and from night 3 onwards, the rest of the calls don't let him talk, and he only plays the training tapes he finds.
